Roughly one year ago I posted about how we were going to get out of debt and stay out of debt. Some may ask where we are at in the process. The first few months were a dream. My wife and I had various liquid accounts that were sitting around idle. I was able to pay off nearly $7000 in credit card debt very quickly by just restructuring my accounts and following the Dave Ramsey baby steps. The remaining 9 months have been slow and mentally painful. After the first few big payments and closing a few accounts, my brain told me that this was going to be a cake walk, that without even trying I had eliminated two of the plastic cards that were causing some of my financial stress. After the liquid accounts ran dry and all we had left was our $1000 starter emergency fund, paying off debt slowed to a crawl.

Darwin, while I am not a follower of his theories one specific point comes to mind, the theory of Natual Selection. One must wonder how Natural Selection has not wiped out all the idiots that seem to run rampant in this world. There are SO MANY idiots that should be 6 feet under, purely based upon the number of idiots available. Why are there so many stupid people in this world? Why hasn’t Darwin’s theory kicked in yet? This could spiral into a combobulation of crazy that knows no bounds so I’ll just stop right here and proceed with the point of this post, Keyboard Commando’s.

Every year a group of individuals get together and spend some quality time at the drag strip to show their support for their favorite platform, the DSM. This year posed quite a few hurdles to jump but at the end of the day, all went well.

Everyone has heard of World of Warcraft. If you don’t know what it is you have been living under a rock. Basically Blizzard Entertainment has put together a game where hundreds of thousands of people can gather online and help each other perform quests, solve puzzles, and fight each other. The Massive Multiplayer Online game market has taken the world by storm.
